Well, the logical thing to do would be to find out who has the highest
price on average all over the country, then go for that one.
Picking one at random may or may not be worth it, and picking one that's
lower is counter-productive; you'd just be telling the other companies
"we won't buy from X but if you go higher, we'll still pay you."
