F1 cars may not have the top-end that indy cars do, but that's cause they're
geared low, and are built for better handling, acceleration/braking etc.
Plus F1 driving is waaay harder than indy. All the tracks are street
tracks, not a single oval. Which by the way is a lot tougher, and that's
why when the indy cars are on a street track all the drivers complain, and
there are a lot more crashes.
Comparing F1 to indy is like comparing a viper to a lil' red wagon.
