What you are looking for is called Liquid Electrical Tape. I bought mine at
a local Ace Hardware store, like $3-$4 a can. Home Depot does, sell it,
however I have found they carry only the green and red color, not black as I
use. I would call around local hardware stores. If not, just let me know and
I would be more than happy to buy you a can or two and ship it out to you.
