Suspension Lift for Y2K Dak

Does anyone know who makes a Suspension Lift for a Y2K Dak with the rack &
pinion steering?

I have called Tough Country and Rancho. They both say that one is in the
works, but can not give me release date. THAT SUCKS!!

I saw a picture in the march 2000 issue of '4X4 Power' of a Dak QC with
what they called "a mild Rancho Lift" (looks like three inches). Where did
they get the lift if Rancho says that they don't make one?
