I hate to admit this but as a Durango 360 owner, you should be able to take
him.
I have the equivilat of all the mods you mentioned plus some and run bottom
16's and the stock 318 Daks are in the upper 15's if I'm not mistaken. So
you will win. As has been said the Durango weighs too much compared to the
Dak. My 4x4 '99 D weighs just under 5000 lbs with a 1/2 tank of gas and me
in it.
