Man this is a GREAT idea! Only one thing comes to mind though... Somehow
the "drawing" of the winning ticket would have to be "controlled" or
"supervised" by a 3rd party. Wouldn't want any "good ole boy" stuff goin'
on if you know what I mean. NOT SAYING IT WOULD just simply stating that
I gaurantee somebody out there in DML land would question it... Just
brainstorming and throwing ideas out! You gotta think of everything
before you tackle something like that.
