First of all, you didn't read the e-mail very well to comprehend anything.
Then I noticed your signature, revealing that you have a RC when I plainly
stated that it was a 'CC'. Excuse me Matt, even I can see the difference in
weight just by viewing the vehicle with mine eyes.

About the 97MPH, since you never owned a 2000 CC 4.7, auto with an 3:55 rear
gear, tell me the weight of this vehicle, then tell me the speed limiter is
set at? Next time read the e-mail and its contents before replying. And
maybe I should do the same on the HP Rated e-mail. But I would apologize
for miscommunication before in the HP rating e-mail if I was in error. But
the facts are facts. Not just me, but those test driven magazine from Truck
Trend to Car & Driver, stating the same. The 4.7 CC and 5.9 CC R/T did not
share all the same parts.

Difference between "rated" and "got away with it for a few minutes". Heat is
usually what kills the tire, so if you were at 116 for say 10+ minutes you
might develop a significant problem. Raising the inflation pressure will
help...

Apparently NOT because I have hit 116, and the tires didn't disintegrate.
Where are you getting 97 from, oh I forgot this is coming from the guy who
had the weight difference of a RT and a 2000 Sport as "alot" "more than 100
lbs".
Whatever man!!

I had my Dak up to about 102 recently with no sign of the speed limiter. ( I

thought I was going maybe 85 till I looked down and about crapped..) Anyway,

there was a thread about 2 months ago about that and it was obvious tha the
speed limiter is not consistently applied across vehicles. I'd bet the same
is
true of the Toyotas. Some probably cut out before others. For me, I started
worrying about those Goodyear Wranglers, they aren't speed rated at all and
the thought of one coming apart at 102 mph gives me acute sphincter
pucker.......

I agree with exception to the speed limiter that stopped me after 97MPH
beating up the Tacoma V-6. I laughed because it took him sometime to catch
up then pass me.

Let us try that again the CC 4.7 is much lighter than the R/T 5.9 CC. The
numbers are upside down.
