Kyle, rotating the driveshaft back and forth does not denote u-joint wear,
your feeling the slop in the rear end gears and tranny. Shaking the
driveshaft up and down is the better way to tell if u-joints are worn, if
it wobbles it's time to replace the u-joints. Also make sure to get
"greasable" u-joints - the type with grease zerks on them, they tend to
last longer :)
