This weekend I installed western chassis lowering
springs up front(Performance Springs?). They're nice
springs and have 2 more coils compared to the stock
coils(6). They were suppose to lower the truck 1"
.....well took me about 6 hrs. with breaks, beer and
only got a 1/2" drop. Yep, I thought if I drive it
around for awhile it'll drop some more. It did, but I
remeasured and its still only a 5/8s inches total drop.
I'm tempted to do one of GS's special mods to one of
those extra coils, but I think I'll wait a few days.
It still handles better than stock, so thats a plus.
