This is actually quite common. No two of our trucks are EXACTLY the same
height... different batches in springs, shocks, etc... cause out trucks to
ride a little bit higher, ore a bit lower than the average. It's quite
possible that the springs in your truck started out at 3/8" lower than that
average. In a truck, a 3/8" drop wouldn't be a very noticeable handling
change... I wouldn't worry about it too much.
