Yes, it has a REAL drain plug and No, it's not finned (but Yes, it's
CHROME!).
The cover is thicker than the stock cover which will help protect your diff
against the occasional offroad excursions. (And it won't attract attention
if you keep a nice thick coat of mud on it.) ;)
