AAR Hood Mods?

I'm just curious if there is any modification needed to install this hood?
When I finally receive this hood, will it bolt up to everything, or am I
going to have to do some modifications? Will I be able to keep my bug
deflector on? I would feel so much better if this hood was metal and not
fiberglass. Oh well. Thanks everyone.
