Rear Slider Hard to Open; Lubrication?

Does anyone know how to lubricate or possibly even clean the all the tracks
on my rear slider? I was thinking about cleaning all the tracks with like
q-tips and then spraying some lithium grease everywhere, just wasnt sure if
there is a better technique. It is getting pretty tough to open compared to
how it used to slide right open when I bought it 6 years ago. Thanks,
