Not sure what all you did, but here may be a few areas to check:
First, did you happen to do anything will the bleeder valve on the caliper?
Normally, if just going a brake pad and turning the rotors job, the brakes
do not have to be bled at all. Maybe you have some air trapped in the lines?
How is you brake fluid level? Typically to me, when the pedal goes to the
floor, the pads are shot(not since you just put new ones on), there isnt
enough brake fluid in the master cylinder, or there is a leak somewhere in
the brake line(s). Did you notice anything with the calipers, like them
being frozen when trying to retract them or leaking fluid at all around the
seal? Other than that, I really dont know. Good Luck,
