I have a '96 Dakota long-bed with 2WD, 318, 4SPD automatic. I'm having
trouble with the transmission shifting out of second gear, If I let up on
the gas, it will shift into third, and then fourth. Under normal
acceleration, the truck will wind up past 4000+rpm untill I remove me foot
from the gas. The truck is just a daily driver and I just turned over 55000
miles, and this is the only problem so far. Any suggestions?
