Those are really good 1/8 times. My best with the 5.2L to date is 9.445 sec.
pulling about 4,350 lb. (got to shed some weight!).

Imagine what the 1/4 times would be if the power band on the 4.7 was
extended up
to the 4600 rpm range! My experience with the Gen III from last year was
that,
on the whole, the trap speed was affected more with wind conditions than
the ETs
... would have thought ETs would be affected as well.

Sure like to see what the hi-po version of the 4.7 (5.4L?) will be like.
I hear that CC is well into the testing of it and will push it to EPA-
allowable limits.
