I bought mine from Unitrax, www.gearedbyunitrax.com (800-622-4327) for around
$380. Talk to Devin King at Unitrax if your interested.
If you have an open or standard diff. all you do is replace the spider gears
and side gears inside the differential case. Because you are only "gutting"
the case there is no setup or setup change required and the housing or
"pumpkin" is not affected. If you can get your tires off (long story) it's
really simple to do. If you currently have a lsd unit I think you replace the
case but I'm not sure about that.

Where are these sold, and how much are they ? Do you replace the entire
pumpkin, the gears are set up in the package ?
