Ok I just purchased the Flowmaster which has a 3" pipe for my 5.2 V8. I
can't wait to get it installed next Wednesday. The next step is my air
intake :)

The bigger the pipes, the more they flow. BUT.. bigger pipes reduce
low-end torque but you get more top-end hp. Smaller pipes works the
opposite way.... I have a 2.5" on my 88 Dakota V6 and it's perfect for my
application. When I put the 360 in, I'll probably go up to 3".
