Hi, Chuck.

I'm in the process of putting one on soon. The box has
to be cut at the rear near the firewall and re-fiberglassed
for clearance. For clearance with the hood, some have used
the Eldelbrock drop-base with a spacer. I'm using the company's
normal base (courtesy of a generous DMLer). This has to be bent
so that the front is about 1/8" from the a/c bolt to give clearance
with the hood near the front end.

There are several ways of running the hoses. Passenger side hose
will run to the side of the rad with no modifications required.
Driver's side will also run to the side of the rad with relocation
and replacement of the overflow bottle with a smaller overflow
bottle. This will require moving the bumper a little to get
the stock overflow bottle out. I'll be doing this at the same
time that I put in a tranny cooler.

Hope this helps.
