Out-of-spec TBS = lower ETs?

I noticed from one of recorded runs from last Sunday
that the TPS output at WOT was 3.63 volts. Today,
the TPS output at WOT was 3.61 volts.

A spec'ed TPS should put out more than 4.0 volts to
the PCM at WOT and between 0.2 to 1.5 volts when
in the closed position.

I think that I've found out one of the reasons why
my two track visits this year has resulted in slower
ETs than expected.
