Personal preference here, but tankful to tankful miles/gallons is the only data
I use. Peaks and valleys are fun to watch on the overhead 'puter but I just
don't think it's meaningful or useful info.

Same exact setup here, 00 CC 4.7 Auto 4x4, 3.55's (non lsd), and tonneau.
When on the highway with the speeds varying between 65&75, my MPG vary's
between 19-25. Of course if I hit a hill on the highway, the mpg goes down
to 15, but right back up after. I haven't had a complete highway trip (from
top of tank to bottom) with a unloaded truck, but I would assume around a
18-19 mpg average. Oh and I have 5500 miles on it...
