Andy,
Make sure the cover is warm first. Stretch and snap in the corners before
you snap up the sides. This is the best method for putting on a soft cover.

Subject: DML: Tonneau problem

I installed my Downey SST tonneau last Friday, and I'm having a little
problem with it. I can't get the snap on the far left end (driver's
side) of the back rail to pop in. Everything else snaps in easy.
Nothing seems to be wrong with it from a visual inspection. The frame
is square (maybe off by 1/4" on the diagonal at most). Any ideas?
