Re: 3.92's vs. 4.10's

    My current set-up is a v6 5spd 3.55 one wheel drive. I was mainly
looking at a Dana Tracloc, but the 3.92's are there also for the taking.
They are a fairly good deal so I thought I might get both at the same time.
Not the best time in the world with all the body mods going on, but it's
a good deal and I might as well do both at the same time.
I am planning on eventually going to a 17" rim with 255x55x17
tires so I thought the extra gearing would help out with my launches. I
need to play with DML's tire & wheel calculator a bit more before
anything is finalized.
So, with 3K rpm's on the highway, your speed would be around
80-85 mph? If memory serves me correct (it been way too long since
I've driven my Dak) I think I turn around 2600 -2800 at those speeds.
As much highway driving as I do, it would be worth the gas crunch.
Anyway, how are you feeling these days? That must of been some bug.
