steering wheel controls + aftermarket radios?

Does anyone know of a way to keep the steering wheel audio controls on a
2000 dodge dakota. I'm replacing the OEM radio with a Pioneer DEH-8200R.
Thanks for your help. Also, where's the best place to get wiring harnesses
to a) bypass the stock amp b) for the radio itself
