I have both, and had the same problem. You have to cut the Bedrug right where
the angles are at the top of the gate, about 3/4". Then the Rolltop closes
nicely. I cut right through the velcros and trimmed the ones on the gate, and
it doesn't look that bad. Hope this helps.
