The inside of the TB plates (engine side) or the outside (filter/intake
side)? When I put on my QuickD intake I removed the air hat. The top
of the TB was clean as a whistle, and I didn't notice any moisture
anywhere. But no, I didn't remove the TB or dig that far down.
