Hell, I'm all for the chrome look the MP valve covers come in (wrinkled
finish looks bad also) but I am not sure if they make it for a v6 or not.

Are you still using the stock valve covers or have you switched to the MP
Performance covers? I thought the performance covers were actually a little
higher then the stock covers? (not sure though)
If so that might give you the extra clearance needed & still retain the
baffles.
