You have to be careful with a full-nose bra, because (insert joke here)
they offer good protection from road debris, but dust/dirt will get under
them. Driving will cause the bra to move and the dirt/dust will scratch
your paint, which is self defeating for protecting your hood. You need
to clean under the bra on a regular bases. I would also be careful of
not getting a bra too cheap in quality while looking for a cheaper price.
As for the Rhino liner that sounds about right I was quoted $425 plus
$60 for over the rails by Rhino.
