Removing Front headlight assembly

How would I remove the Front headlight assembly on a ' 99 sport, I want to
put strobes in the clear corners and need access the back to drill a 1 inch
hole?

And yes, it would be legal for me to have them as I am a volunteer
firefighter.

I saw that to get to the back of the rear corner I will need some type of
star shaped screwdriver. What type is that called also?
