It's a 3/8" Drive Ratchet. The head has a joint on it to be able to move
into different positions. It really does work great on the rear plug(s).

Hey Bernd, is this a ratchet or an extension for a ratchet? I've been
looking
for one of these but don't know what I'm looking for...
Thanks!
Tom

Get yourself a $9.00 Flex-Head ratchet from a local auto parts store and use
it for the #5 (Driver-Side Rear) plug without an extension. Works great and
no busted knuckles.
