Dak was hit!

Well when attempting to make a left handed turn tonight(I was fully
stopped), a driver of an 87 Mazda RX7 failed to see DODGE(on the tailgate),
as well as my brake lights and turn signal. He hit me full speed; it was a
posted 35 mph zone. I did hear some tire squealing when he tried to brake,
so I am not 100% sure how fast he was actually going upon impact. The RX7
did not look good, it was leaking coolant(tow ring may have pierced the
radiator), both headlights were blown out, the front bumper was mangled,
the lower air dam was in bad shape, the hood was crumpled and dented in
really good, and the driver's side fender was messed up. This RX7 was in
good shape for being an 87, looked like the guy really took good care of it,
before tonight anyway. Once again, I really think my tow ring in my hitch
saved my Dak from getting alot more damage. This happened in the dark, so I
will fully inspect it tomorrow in the daylight. The only real damage I can
see, just from a quick visual is the rear bumper is dented in on the
driver's half of the bumper; which will have to be replaced along with some
of the rear braces. I think the RX7 did a nose dive under the hard braking
and literally slid under the rear of my Dak. After I was hit, I noticed the
rear position of my truck was about 5 feet over from where I was at
originally. There is some paint on the underneath side of the hitch; I hope
the hitch is ok. Since this is my first 4WD truck, and my first 'real'
accident, is there anything I should look for when doing my own inspection?
Could the driveline/tcase/transmission be affected at all since I was not
moving, but was in drive?? I am going to take it to the 3 best shops in my
area, but would like to look myself beforehand. I am going to pull the spare
tire down and inspect the tire/rim as well. Any suggestions are welcome. For
now, Tylenol is helping my neck; may go to get some x-rays just to be safe.
Thank goodness for seatbelts!
