I am hearing that the new RAM will have the gas version of the Viper V-10 as
the upper end motor. But it will be detuned.....anyone has the take on
this?

Enter the Dodge Copperhead..... not particularly a truck.... more of an El
Camino type rig. I'm sure most of you have seen it. If only they would
make it, was supposed to have a V10 in it.

out of the dealers lot. My good friend has a 99.5 and has had runs at 13.7
& 13.8 bone stock. The 2001/2 will run even better and just wait for the
2003/4's! Sorry I can't tell you any more or I'd have to kill you...LOL
Another one of my friends dads worked for GM for many years and used to be
able to bring home prototype vehicles. I was able to drive "race...hehehe"
a prototype Cyclone in '91, among other nice rides Corvettes, etc... I was
about 17 then and those things kicked ass. One nice thing about living near
Detroit is that almost everyone works for an auto company. The traction was
great...just gun it and it will grip and take off like a rocket. The bad
thing about having AWD is it hurts you on the upper end. I've always loved
the Typhoon though. I've owned 2 different blazers in my days and they were
nice trucks. If only we could get Dodge to make a kick ass, balls out,
truck tha!
