I'm putting on a K&N cone filter on to my Y2kato /w the 4.7L, The question I
have is the square black air intake part on the top center on the 4.7. I took
it off and took a look inside and found a nice smoth air flow except for
there is a chamber off the right side, What is the for and is it needed? It
looks like a tuned port as if in a stereo
speaker. Can I use it or I could just replace with a pice 90 deg. pipe?
