That's very true, but you also have to take into consideration the weight
factor. Case in point, the guy that has the 300zx TT is making like 700-750
HP I believe, and most of the mods made to the engine added little to no
weight to the car. It was mostly electronic programming, bigger injectors,
stuff like that. He did add free flow exhaust, and made some suspension
mods that prolly added some weight though. That car will fly however.
Friday and Saturday nights we have drags around here and I've only seen that
car get beat once. He raced a guy in an all fiberglass body ford coupe with
a 456 (I think that was the displacement) Keith Black hemi under the hood.
Of course the guy stomped him, but that car is no where close to street
legal either, and the 300z is.
