A true 15HP (Rear Wheel) isn't going to be "cheap":

Modified TB, Headers, and a good exhaust system will put you close to that
though. The MSD really doesn't give you that big of a HP increase, but on
MPG...you should have seen something (maybe close to a 1mpg increase...in
some cases, not all).

Total cost: $825 (plus or minus $50)

(Just as a comparison: A 50HP Nitrous boost is only $450)

Just the K&N gen II intake kit and thats about it. I had an MSD but it didnt
do much so i pulled it. Thats all i have
