Just so you guys know - the muffler was clamped on and not welded on. These mufflers do have a lifetime warranty but why should I put something back on that dosn't last? I do put my truck through extreme heat conditions from towing my race car in the summer & snowmobiles in the winter. For extreme conditions aluminized mufflers don't seem to hold up. I am ganna try a stainless steel muffler (edelbrock) and see how that holds up.
