There is a company I had talked to that could with 5700.00 dollars could
modify the 2K 4.7 and should run in the 11's. Hmm!!!

I ran the truck last night at Cecil County. The kit comes with an
adjustable
ignition retard from zero to four degrees per pound of boost. I started
with
it set right around two degrees per pound and ran a 14.18 @ 97. Not too
bad,
but I was hoping for something in the 13s. I then increased the retard to
2.5 and ran a 14.67 @ 93. This was really bad because I was running 14.50s
without the supercharger. I then set it at 1.5 per pound and ran a 13.94 @
99. Thinking more is better, I set it to 1 per pound and ran a 13.81 @ 100.
Unfortunately, this was my last run and I had to leave. Since I still was
not hearing any detonation, there might be some left in it. I am happy so
far with the results, my 60 foot times are a little worse and it is much
harder to get it to leave correctly. Anyway, these are the complete times:
Retard 2 2.5 1.5 1
60 ft 2.069 2.082 2.034 2.041
330 ft 5.955 6.078 5.833 5.798
