Underdrive pulleys for 4.7?

I read what some of you said about underdrive pulleys. If I read it right, It means replacing the pully on the main crank with a smaller pully. This allows all the outer pullys to spin less and using less HP from the motor. Will the alternator, A/C, power steering, waterpump and cooling fan put out enough power? I also pull a trailer. And how much HP is gained? Who selles the pulleys for the 4.7L? How much $ ? And last question is how hard is it to do?

Thanks
