Jeff, hey, I'm Will coughlin and I've got a 2000 reg. cab 2wd
4.7L/5-spd/3.92sg truck.Congratulations on your truck! About your
brakelight question, I think the answer is yes. I was under my truck just
yesterday plugging in my new trailer wiring harness, and while I was
following the taillight wires to thier connectors, I remember that there was
a loom of wires coming out of the taillight harnesses marked"CHMSL"-(center
high-mounted stop lamp) I think this is what you are looking for.I don't
remember if it had a connector on the end or where it went, but I'll crawl
under there and check for you.Welcome to the list, gotta go, Will Coughlin
