Could it be your engine belt slipping on one of the pulleys?
Does the sqeaking get louder as your turn the steering wheel to full lock on
either side?

Subject: DML: my truck is squeeking

My truck has been making a squeking noise at idle and anything under 1K rpm.
It sounds just like squeeking brakes but makes the sound when Im stopped and
when accelerating until it gets to 1K rpm so it cant be the brakes. Anyone
have any ideas what could be causing it? If not I guess Im gonna have to
take it in for service which really sucks to have to do with a 1 month old
truck. Thanks for any help.
