I disagree...

I had Warranty USA as a Warranty Coverage company and they screwed me on a
Timing Chain TSB. They wouldn't honor the warranty (although I already
spent $1200 on it) because I didn't have a "legitimate" oil change record.
(I do my own every 3K miles but they wanted records from Jiffy Lube, Oil
Changers, etc.) I contacted a legal service and finally got my money back
from them. I'm out the money on the timing chain work though.
