Yup Shane showed us this trick... On my '98 it's a three prong connector
namely, voltage in, voltage/signal out (to PCM), and ground. Signal out is the
middle prong. To test you'll need to make some super small jumpers or like
Shane did use some super thin (thread like) wire to stuff inside while closing
the connector. Voltage in should be 5v (+-0.5v).
'98 Factory specs for signal out are as follows:
Key on engine off: 4-5v
Engine running with hot, neutral idle speed: 1.5-2.1v
