I have seen on the new 200X Cobras they are tinkering with dual 80MM
throttle bodies and dual air hat. Running on the modified intake manifold.

Was Jeff TB part of the KB super charger kit?

With 80 mm you would need a custom lower intake manifold to accept the
larger TB. There is not enough material on the intake manifold to mount a TB
of that size. The factory TB is 60mm at the tightest spot. (67 mm at the
opening, tapers down to 60 mm and then back out to about 67 mm +/- at the
rear of the TB.)
Sounds like a nice aftermarket upgrade, a new lower intake W/ a 80 mm TB!!
Kenne Bell made a custom intake for Jeff Crook's 4.7L for the blower
application, I have Jeff's factory intake manifold, and I am currently
tinkering with it :)!!! so it can be done!!
I'm standing in line right behind you Steven to get one!!!!

Yes, and so have quite a few other DML'ers as well. Personally, it's an
excellent TB but a little bit on the pricey side. Jules made a custom TB
for what I wanted and the off-idle torque is incredible. (Mileage went up
about .5mpg as well.)

He's a little "rough" on the phone at first, but once you start talking, he
listens and has quite a bit of information and suggestions to share.

I personally was recommended to him by several DML'ers and two dealerships.
