I don't think you can use that without at least lifting the manifold up.
Permatex kind of works like a gasket. Also for this application I think
you'll need the hardening kind, not the kind that stays soft.

I picked up a can of Permatex "Form-A-Seal" today at work... has anyone used
this stuff? Bossman says that it works well to seal up leaks when there
isn't a lot of pressure behind the leak. I'm gonna give it a try on the
back of the MPI, bandaid fix yeah, but I don't wanna pull the manifold
again.
