RE: lift, tires, etc...(Jason)

Jason,

I had to cut the inner fender, behind the two front tires, through the bottom of the fender flare
near the fisrt screw that mounts the flare to the inside fender, little sheet metal and toward
the engine compartment. The shape is kind of like a half of a tear drop:
         ___....
__...--- --.

It sounds a lot worse than it is. It took about an hour for both sides. Once I figured out how much
I had to trim, I drew a line with a paint marker. Cut it with a demmel and used the first side cut
as a template for the second side. I had to trim about 3/4" off the sheet metal flange for the body
behind the plastic. (Just for safety sake) file'd it down and touched it up with black enamel.
Since I took my time you can't even see the fender's been cut unlees you're really looking for it.

Problem is you can't run 32s on offset rims and not rub the wheel flares
without a lift. I'm with you though...a Rancho lift is in the works as soon
as I win the lottery! :-) What exactly are you refering to when you say
"inner fender?" Nice rig by the way.
