If you have the 3.9L, I believe the TSB you're looking for is 18-24-98. A link to the
full text of this TSB is on Dave Fritz's Ram Page.
I'm not sure if TSB's are covered after the original mfgr's warranty expires. Best
thing to do is call your dealer and ask.
