Clogged fuel filter, clogged cat, or any parts of the ignition; plugs, wires,
cap,
rotor, or coil. Most likely one, or more of the above.

 At WOT the motor begins to chug at about 2500 rpm and won't go past 3000
 rpm
 
 Anyone have any ideas????
