rear bumper for black '99

I'm looking for a rear bumper for a '99 sport that is black in color. I
saw an ad on May's dml classifieds, but the person who posted it does
not respond to messages sent to their e-mail. Any one know of one in
the maryland area that is in real good shape, or maybe a takeoff for a
rollpan?
