Cast billet? I thought billet is alum? hell if I know, I know now they
make Forged alum, which holds even more weight.

<< Yeah I bought mine a year ago and they have held up amazingly well. No
dents or blemishes yet. Just a few scratches from rocks. I dunno what mine
are made from? The outside of the box said H/T cast billet, so I assume
that is what they are, High Temp. cast steel.
