4.7L top speeds

I have an '00 reg. cab,2wd, 4.7L/hd 5-spd/3.92sg and I've never had it over
68 mph.The motor has never seen any higher than 2400 rpm's NEVER!! Is there
anywhere that will sell me a chip or a reprogrammed computer that will put a
rev limiter at about 2700rpm's or one that I can change?
